Hello I’m Victoria the founder of Life in Motion where we utilise Physical Intelligence to guide individuals towards their fullest potential. I provide a safe calm  and humorous space, offering a unique coaching experience that encourages mind-body connection emotional exploration and breath work for release and relaxation. Together we employ movement as a form of replenishment and use visualisation  techniques to let go of past burdens and to face the future with newfound clarity. My mission is to facilitate the creation of new habits structures and goals  guiding clients towards a future where they not only meet but exceed their own expectations.
